Fans
Hoods

Hood vents are designed to remove gasses, odors, heat and steam that can develop when you're preparing a meal. It keeps your area cooler and a lot safer.

The exhaust fans serve to remove smoke, steam, heat, grease, and other food related vapors that would otherwise flood the kitchen and pollute the air.

Filters

The filters' purpose is to filter out grease from the smoke rising off your cooking equipment.  Left unfiltered, this smoke would build up over time in the ventilation system and become a major fire risk.
